Hi! I’m Jacob Forbes, your soon-to-be favorite Hebrew tutor.
I grew up in Arizona, spending every Sunday at Hebrew school—an experience that sparked my love not only for the Hebrew language, but for Judaism as a whole. I later became a madrich (student teacher), and I’ve been passionate about teaching ever since.

As a visual learner myself, I understand how important it is to see, experience, and interact with what you’re learning. Because of that, I adapt my teaching style to be hands-on, engaging, and accessible for students of all ages. My lessons are designed to be supportive, upbeat, and fun. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build fluency, I’m here to help you grow at a comfortable pace and feel confident every step of the way.

When I’m not helping students perfect their Hebrew, you can usually find me cooking, working out, spending time with friends, reading, or enjoying the outdoors. I can’t wait to learn with you!
